Excuse me if I can't find any enthusiasm regarding another English football club falling into the hands of American owners.
Although not a Liverpool fan, I readily accept that Liverpool are not only one of the biggest clubs in England but without doubt in Europe. I don't want it to be owned by Americans. I'm amazed so many scousers seem pleased about it. The game drifts further away from it's roots.
I watched the cockpit video from the the tankbusters. I was amazed by the sheer incompetence shown by the Americans. Hope they're better at running a football club.
